Powell and Associates welcomes interested sophisicated US and non-US investors to participate in our growth and marketplace expansion. Our preference would be for a potential investor to have a background in the Oil and Gas industry, but it is not required. Powell and Associates is a private company and stock in the company is not available on public exchanges.
Interested U.S. investors will be considered and offered a prospectus.
For Non-US investors, Powell and Associates is utilizing the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services EB-5 Permanent Resident Visa investment program as a vehicle to assisting funding our growth and expansion.
Qualified EB-5 applicants are required by law to invest a minimum of 1 million U.S. Dollars. http://www.uscis.gov/eb-5 Shares of class B stock in Powell and Associates, LLC. will be tendered. Successful USCIS EB-5 program investors will receive a United States of America Permanent Resident's Visa (and any children under 18) at the successful completion of the application process. (Passport and Green Card)
Active partication includes the right to attend the Annual Stockholders Meeting, possible seat assignment on the Board of Directors, quarterly corporate activities notifications, and/or other stockholder functions.
Daily participation in Operations is not solicited or required.
At this time, Powell & Associates is only accepting transfers of U.S, Foreign currency, or other Bank instruments for stock transactions.
Section 203 of the code states:
All capital shall be valued at fair-market value in United States dollars. Assets acquired, directly or indirectly, by unlawful means (such as criminal activities) shall not be considered capital for the purposes of section 203(b)(5) of the Act. Note: Investment capital cannot be borrowed.
